Alan in Houston
| I am the recent adoptee of a 3-year-old whippet mix. Her name is Sokkusu
(Su koo su), its Japanese for socks. She is mostly blackish brown, with
her two front legs being white.
We met at the Animal defense league in San Antonio. After a 5 and a half hour drive back (3 hour traffic jam on I-10) we really got the chance to get to know each other. She isn't interested in chasing cats / squirrels / other dogs, but god help me if she sees a grasshopper or frog. She doesn't care to see a car driving down the street, but loves to go for a ride in my Miata with the top down. Since she was abused with her previous owner and more than likely kept as an outside dog, we are currently working on potty training. UGGGHHHHH!!!!!!
