Devo & JJ's Mom a.k.a. Jennifer

Hi all! I'm Jennifer and my husband, Rick, and I live in Oklahoma City with our two Whippet boys. I'm a medical secretary and my husband works for the ABC affiliate here in OKC. We are the proud owners of Devo, and new addition JJ. Devo is a red brindle/white boy who turned one in December. We got him on May 15, 2000, at 4.5 months of age from a lady who also had a 6 year old Whippet who didn't like having a little brother.

And now we have JJ, our newest addition. He is a red/white boy who just turned 5 months old. He is a real lover, who we had to drive 5 hours to pick up on January 25, 2001. He wasn't real excited about the 5 hour drive home (it was only his second time in a car), but did really good and was happy to get home and see he had a big brother to play with.

They are both happy and busy stealing each other's toys. We are hoping to try lure coursing this Spring or Summer and maybe try our hand at showing JJ, as he is a show-quality pup. Devo has his Canine Good Citizen and we are going to start puppy classes with JJ, hopefully both will become certified Therapy Dogs.
