We have two whippets, Phantom and Jessie. Phantom is a male, black and white whippet. Jessie is a female, fawn brindle and white whippet. Both of our whippets are small, just within the height limit and approximately 25 lbs. Yes, we do feed them. They were born in October 1999 but are not related to one another. Phantom has been with us since he was 6 months old. He was very timid and shy. After months of taking him everywhere he finally came out of his shell. Today he is a therapy dog for HappyTails and enjoys lure coursing in Cartersville. Jessie is new to our family (Feb 2002). She is more outgoing and friendly than Phantom. She will start obedience soon and will also become a therapy dog. We live in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
