My name is Melissa Murphy and my husband, Kevin and I have been
a first time whippet owner since February 10th, 2001! My how our
life
has changed. We lost our Dalmatian in May of 98 and he left a huge
void
in our heart and our home that couldn't be filled by another Dalmatian.
We stumbled (literally) across the breed one day, started the research
and committed to the idea almost instantly. He has a sister named
Morgan (a cat) with whom he resides in Michigan. We are looking
forward
to play dates with his brother Chester, whose Mom also posts on the web
site. I am very thankful to Chester's Mom (Judy) who told me about
the
site - I rely on the information and help almost daily!
