Skinny Minnie's Mom a.k.a. Pam
| I have had whippets for over 30 years, so I'll introduce you to one of
my favorites. Skinny Minnie was bought to introduce an outcross into my
breeding program based on pedigree but more importantly personality after
I saw the direction the breed was going. She was Miss Personality having
more than any few whippets I have known combined. She did not come in
season until almost 3 years old & by that time it was too late for my
pick to sire another litter. She never made it to any other breedings (a
book full of stories) but raised lots of puppies for me as one of the best
aunts any dog could have. She sat down constantly at her debut show ( it
had to be a national specialty!) so she left the show ring for Obedience
and success. Most importantly she was the ultimate whippet friend and
Grande Dame for over 13 years here. With every new litter I hope to have
whippets like her to go rule other households.
