Jillian (aka Appraxin Sage Advice) is the Empress (she who deserves to be pleased) and Smudge is the court jester (Can I be the bunny? please, please please?). While they love to run and Smudge loves to be the lure, Jillian just can't work up the interest to course - lure or straight. And while she had a brief and successful show career (one show, one winners bitch), she can't seem to work up the interest for that, either. Obedience is OK if she gets really cool treats. Guess she's resigned herself to a life on a stack of cushions!

Smudge on the other hand is as pesky as Jillian is regal. Jillian is his favorite squeaky toy! He will keep us all young and make sure we are well loved with doggie hugs and kisses!

When my Whippets walk me through the neighborhood, they have actually stopped traffic, and not always because they slipped the martingale and were doing a deer dance in the road!) Seems that everyone loves to talk about and visit with them!
