Speedbumps Mom a.k.a.  Vickie Neff

Hello, My name is Vickie Neff. I have had whippets since 1988 and still am in total love with the breed. I have bred a few litters and finished several. My husband and I have 12 whippets including the first boy that we started with. He is now getting old, but still thinks he is a young pup.
