Before whippets I had a poodle. He died when he was 19 years. A couple of years after him we had no dog. Than I and my daughter decided to have a dog again. We were choosing a breed for almost a year! I understood, that I didn’t want a big or too small one. Once I was in Internet and saw the announcement about whippet puppies. I didn’t even know such a breed! I started to red the articles about whippets. Then I went to see puppies. I got in love with whippets from the first sight! They were so graceful, intelligent, fast. It was just my temperament. Than I started to take part in lure coursing with Fitty. She was one of the fastest whippet. I got many new friends, the other owners of whippet. It is a breathtaking sight when the whippets are lure coursing! When Fitty was 2 years old I with my daughter decided that one whippet was not enough. Than we bought the second one. Now we are happy owners of two the most beautiful whippets. Now I know, that a whippet is my favorite breed.

They are so different! Fitty is a very intelligent she does everything in a right way. Pola is very spoiled girl, always cheerful and artful. They love each other very much.

I am very happy to be a member of a board. At last I can talk and read as much as I want about whippets!
