Hi,
I am Val, My husband
is Mike, we call our acreage "Muddy Paws Whippet
Ranch." You know me as the writer of "Help Too
many Whippets" article on your site. We have had our
two whippets for 3 years and they go every where with us. They have
been on skiing trips to Telluride CO, down to Mexico on a dive trip and
have become quite good at riding on our small sailboat and power
boating. Basically, if they can't go with us we don't go.
Now I have 9 whippets, The puppies have their Moms black coats and dark
eyes, Dads' Irish markings and soft fur. They are long legged and long
nosed. We live in Colorado, on the Western slope near Grand
Junction, the "banana belt" area as it is sometimes called.
