aljohn a.k.a. John & Al
| Elliot is a fawn & white male whippet born on 11/14/03. He came to
live on 31 wooded acres in New Milford, PA with his two dads and Scooter,
a big old blond cat in mid-January 2004. He is already very good at
letting his dads know when he needs to go out. He’s wild for his big
stuffed frog which croaks and squeaks as well as all his other squeaky
toys and chew bones. But he’s especially fond of shredding paper
(including money) and unrolling the toilet paper, dragging it from one
room to another. Outside, he’s a wild pooch, kicking up fresh snow,
chasing anything that moves, and devouring leaves, sticks and mud. He’s
pretty good at swallowing what ever he is chewing before dad can get it
out of his mouth. Inside, when the spirit moves him, puts his ears back
and stretches his legs full out as he races over the furniture and through
the house as a whitish streak. He loves to snuggle in bed and already is a
bed and blanket hog. And of course, after squirming all night, he’s
always the last one to get up in the morning. At four months of age he has
mastered picking pockets, surfing the tabletops and dishwasher. Anything
that will fit in his razor-toothed mouth is fair game. But for all his
antics, he is the sweetest little guy that loves and is loved by everyone.
