| Hello everyone. My family just got a rescue whippet named Monty 4 days
ago. He is our first whippet and is around 2-3 years old. He is nothing
like I expected and am thrilled to have him in our home. So far he pays no
attention to our 2 year old's toys and lets her do anything to him without
so much as a dirty look! My biggest concern is his weight. The rescue lady
told me he's too thin, but he doesn't seem to eat well. I decided to join
this board to learn more on feeding and behavior of whippets. Thanks,
