Maximus's Dad a.k.a. Brian Query
| Back in 2002, my wife and I decided that we wanted a dog. I originally
wanted to adopt a greyhound, but my wife wanted a "big, fluffy
dog" like a lab, because she didn't want a "skinny" dog
that looked sick. We compromised and decided to get a whippet puppy. She
thought that she would learn to love a skinny dog if it grew up from a
"fat" puppy. Well, needless to say, after getting Maximus, we
quickly learned that we would never want another type of dog. I have never
seen a dog so sweet and in tune with how its owners are feeling.
Maximus is a male white and sable fawn whippet that we got from Yvonne Sovereign in Sanford, NC. We now reside in Matthews, NC, just outside of Charlotte. Email: bquery@mindspring.com |
