I am the proud mother of Prozac, aka Zac or Zackie.
My baby came from LamBay Kennels, my breeder and handlers.
Pam and Bob do not breed often as they are on the road attending
dog shows. I consider myself blessed to be in the right place at the right
time.
I was recovering from a very serious illness when I decided I needed a
dog. This was going to my very first dog of choice. My
father brought home the only dogs I ever had. Now that I was able to get
around, I needed a dog that was quiet, wash and go, and gentle with
children. Zac was all that and more. I got him at three months. He never
barked until he was two years old. He was already used to using a doggie
door; leash trained and ended up sharing my bed within 24 hours. He chewed
only one slipper during his teething period. He did devastate my backyard
but that was an easy fix. Who would have guessed, Zac would respect a 2
ft. tall fence. I have
flowers and vegetables again. He has all the trees and Marathon II lawn.
Yep, I killed my old grass and had water sprinklers and a beautiful lawn
installed. I cried the first time I saw a burr in Zac’s fur. The next
day I called a contractor.
He gives me so much joy and happiness. He is literally a great part of my
heart. I am so blessed to have my Whippet.
